IBC Container with Plastic Pallet

This 1000 liter UN 31HA1/Y certified Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) is engineered for the safe and compliant transport of hazardous and non-hazardous liquid materials. Constructed with a virgin HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) inner bottle and protected by a fully galvanized steel cage, this IBC delivers exceptional durability, chemical resistance, and impact strength—meeting international standards for dangerous goods packaging.

The container is mounted on a heavy-duty plastic pallet, offering excellent stability, high load-bearing capacity, and full four-way forklift entry. The pallet design ensures smooth handling in warehouses, production facilities, and export shipments while preventing moisture or corrosion issues associated with wooden pallets.

The IBC features a 2” discharge valve for controlled, leak-free dispensing and a large top filling cap for efficient filling, venting, and inspection. The semi-transparent HDPE bottle includes a molded volume scale, enabling easy monitoring of liquid levels.

Thanks to its UN 31HA1/Y certification, this IBC is approved for the transport of hazardous liquids under ADR, RID, and IMDG regulations. It is widely used for:
