IBC Container with Metal Pallet

This 1000 liter Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) is designed for the safe, efficient, and compliant storage and transport of industrial liquids, including hazardous materials. It features a durable virgin HDPE inner bottle protected by a fully galvanized steel cage, ensuring outstanding impact resistance, chemical compatibility, and long-term structural stability in demanding environments.

The container is mounted on a heavy-duty metal pallet, providing superior load-bearing capacity, exceptional durability, and enhanced stability during forklift handling, stacking, and export transportation. Metal pallets are especially preferred in high-temperature environments, heavy industrial sites, and applications requiring maximum mechanical strength.

The IBC is equipped with a 2” discharge valve for controlled and leak-free dispensing, along with a large top filling cap (150 mm or 225 mm depending on configuration) that allows easy filling, venting, and inspection. The semi-transparent HDPE bottle features a molded volume scale, helping operators monitor liquid levels during use.
