IBC Container with Wooden Pallet

This 1000 litre Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) is designed for reliable and cost-effective storage and transport of liquid products across industrial, agricultural, and commercial sectors. It features a virgin HDPE inner bottle encased in a fully galvanized steel cage, providing excellent structural integrity, impact strength, and long-term durability.

Mounted on a wooden pallet, this IBC offers a practical and economical solution for general industrial applications. Wooden pallets provide strong load-bearing capacity and are widely accepted across domestic and international logistics chains. They ensure stable stacking, secure forklift handling, and ease of movement during storage and transportation.

The IBC includes a 2” discharge valve for controlled and leak-resistant dispensing, as well as a large top filling cap (150 mm or 225 mm depending on design) for easy filling, venting, and inspection. The semi-transparent HDPE bottle is molded with a volume scale, allowing simple monitoring of liquid levels.
